Notice of 2023 AACP AGM

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australian Association of Consultant Physicians Limited (AACP) scheduled for Wednesday, 22 November 2023 has been adjourned as the required quorum was not achieved. The adjourned meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the AACP Memorandum & Articles seven days later, on:

Attendance

Attendance at the AGM will be online via Zoom, and members are required to register in advance to attend the AGM by emailing the Secretariat at secretariat@aacp.org.au to request the zoom link.

Appoint a proxy

Members entitled to vote may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf on motions to be considered at the AGM.

To be valid, the completed proxy form must be received by the AACP by 5:00pm (AEDT), Tuesday 28 November 2023.
